UFC Hall of Famer Michael Bisping came to Canelo Alvarez’s defense amidst Jake Paul’s ongoing attacks after their fight fell apart.
Jake Paul and Canelo Alvarez were about to face off in a blockbuster boxing match later this year. But in the final stages of negotiations, Alvarez pulled out of the Paul fight talks after signing a lucrative four-fight deal with Turki Alalshikh and Riyadh Season.
Since the Alvarez vs. Paul fight fell apart, Paul has relentlessly attacked Alvarez and his team. He leaked a signed agreement and questioned Alvarez’s business integrity after withdrawing from their proposed matchup.
As Paul looks ahead to other opponents for his return, a UFC Hall of Famer blasted Paul’s behavior in the aftermath of the Alvarez fight talks.

“Jake Paul is at it again making an absolute fool out of himself,” Bisping said of Paul. “Calling out Canelo Alvarez, making videos, dancing around in a sombrero with his shirt off. Paying absolutely no respect and saying that Canelo Alvarez is ducking him and showing contracts and apparently they were all signed to fight, but then he’s terrified and he’s gone off to Saudi Arabia and he’s selling his soul and all the rest of it.
